Birth Doula On Call

For families looking for an extra presence at their birth. Someone who knows you, that you can trust & who is in your corner 100%, no matter what twists & turns may arise.

This package includes the full Hypnobirthing & Holistic Birth Preparation services, plus the following:

• On-call support from 37 weeks until your baby arrives (this includes full access & virtual support by phone & Whatsapp)
• Continuous emotional, practical & physical support during labour
• Support with decision-making, advocacy & protecting your space
• A postpartum session to support your processing & healing from birth.

Traditional Postpartum Care

You’ve given birth to your baby and a new version of you. This offering is about holding you… so that you can heal, feel nourished & be mothered while you are meeting yourself in your new role.

Includes:

• Warm nourishing meals, teas & desserts made with love
• Gentle massage
• Herbal sitz bath
• Herbal remedies for tearing or healing from surgery
• Holistic breastfeeding support
• Space to talk, cry, rest, share your birth story & just be held.

Available as a single session or in a bespoke care package.

Mother Blessings

A soul-nourishing alternative to a baby-shower. A Mother Blessing is a sacred gathering designed to celebrate you. Your journey, your courage… and your upcoming transformation. These sessions are designed around you & your unique personality (I will speak to your trusted friends & sisters, with permission, to learn about you & how to create the most sacred space possible to honour your journey).

Includes (but not limited to!):

• Pampering (massage, foot baths, affirmations & shared words of encouragement from your loved ones)
• Guided meditation or visualisation for creating your dream birth
• Crafting (home-made bath bombs, beads, affirmation flags)
• Rose Ritual
• Homemade nourishing snacks
